Roman Glass explains some history behind glassblowing, particularly in the Roman empire. I found it an interesting read. I studied Roman glassware a little in my class on Augustus and the early empire (back in the day). I find it fascinating that objects which are so fragile manage to last so long, and we can learn so very much about them.

The Hymn-Project converts iTunes protected files to non-protected music files, with the use of your iTunes store ID and password. It's open source, easy to use, and a pretty cool idea, in my opinion. I love iTunes, but hate that they don't respect fair-use copyright stuff. I bought the music, dammit.

Escher Web Sketch. Did I post about this before? If not, why not? I think it's a fun little toy, for any fan of repeating patterns of an Escherlike ilk.

That's all for now.
