To answer my own question ...

I'd pay off all our bills. There, that's practicality. That wouldn't take too much out of it, thank goodness.
Then, oh then. I don't really know. I've never had that kind of cash, and never expect to, so it's really difficult to imagine. I can see huge present-buying sprees, and massive surprises for other people. I can see Very Large donations to charities, but mostly to people I like and want to help. We'd build a house, probably, with a secret passage and a window seat. It would have lots of book shelves, and they still wouldn't be enough I bet. There would be trips taken, to various locations. Gotta go to Greece, for one.
I wish we lived in a world where we could do all the things we want to do with $1,000,000 without any money involved at all.
